12 Months Warranty

All our machines come with 12 months warranty on all electrical components as standard.

In the unlikely event you have an issue with your machine, just send us a message.

We design our machines to allow simple fitting of replacement parts, meaning we can send out components with easy to fit guides within days of your issue being raised to get you back up and running quickly.

If you're not comfortable fitting a replacement part or the issue is more technical, we'll send a technician out or replace your machine within 6 weeks.

Always here, even when your warranty runs out

We pride ourselves on looking after customers even after their machine is out of warranty.

If your machine has problems even 5 years after your purchase, we're here to offer free advice and replacement parts at a discounted rate.

We will always offer honest advice.

Our policy is to never sell or even up-sell a machine that isn't right for you.

If we think our products aren't what you're looking for, not only will we say so but we'll also do our best to point you to a supplier who's products are.
