Returns
We believe that you will be pleased with your product, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Orders Returned To Sender/Undelivered Orders
There are several reasons why an order would fail to be delivered. This may include a customer typing an inaccurate shipping address during checkout, old/out of date address or a customer not being present at the time of delivery. It is the customers responsibilty to enter an accurate shipping address at the time of order, as we can only ship to the exact address that the customer enters during checkout.
For any orders that are returned to us due to a customer having inaccurate shipping details or failing to collect from a depot (when a missed delivery card has been left), we would have to charge to re-ship the order. If your order is returned to us due to any of these reasons, we will notify you by email/message through the website.
Unwanted Goods
You can return a product within 14 days of the date on which you received it and we will refund the sale price minus shipping costs. The product needs to be in an ‘as new’ condition and complete with all packaging and components. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and making arrangements for these.
Please include a copy of you invoice or order receipt when returning goods so they can be easily identified. We recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing or becoming damaged, you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
If you return a product to us that is not in an ‘as new’ condition we reserve the right to refund for the product.
Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including personalised products or those manufactured to order.
Faulty Goods
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please email info@rollmodelarcade.co.uk to inform us within 5 working days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
