Depending on the item and location, we have a variety of delivery partners, as well as our own in-house service available.
National Palletised Delivery
For full size machine express delivery, bulk and B2B orders, we work with our delivery partner Pallet Online to get your order to you quickly and with minimal handling. Using the Palletline network we can offer next working day delivery and pre 10am where required.
Palletised delivery is made to kerb-side only and missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee. All palletised deliveries are pre-scheduled with the customer.
Two Man Home Delivery
For our full size machines we offer a 5 working day, 2 man delivery service. This includes optional services such as; room of choice, removal of packaging and will always be delivered within your property as a minimum. Our delivery partner BJS Home Delivery contact customers direct to arrange convenient delivery times and options to adjust delivery times up to 1pm the day before delivery is scheduled.
In-house Delivery Service
For customers within our region, we may offer delivery via our own drivers. This will include prearranged delivery slot, contact on the day prior to delivery and updates throughout the process. Our drivers will also install your machine, demonstrate it and remove any packaging.
Next Day Packages
For all items below 25kg, we work with APC overnight to ensure your Bartop Arcade, parts or consoles get to you as quickly and safely as possible.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to mainland UK.
